This starter guide for Diablo III provides some tips and suggestions for players who are new to the game, and also answers some. Change to: Library=PlugY.dll, D2MultiRes.dll. Now go to your Diablo 2 directory and open up PlugY.ini. Make a backup copy of D2gfx.dll and then execute PatchD2gfxDll.exe and click yes. Extract all files to your root Diablo2 directory. 
Now, after the patch, Blizzard introduced a new option, which makes our lives a little bit easier: the salvage all button! patch in Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls, we all had to salvage items at the blacksmith one by one, which was really annoying especially when you had a full inventory.
